I loved the Sunday scheduling, but the 12:30 PM start time was very difficult as it coincided with lunch. My puppy ended up over-hungry and then overate later to compensate. A major concern was the mixed treat bags provided to everyone. As a Toy Moodle, my puppy was younger and smaller than the others, and the high variety of rich treats (including bully sticks at graduation) was far too taxing for his system. Because he was so hungry from the missed meal, he was desperate for food—scavenging from my own bag, other owners, and the trainers. This resulted in significant digestive upset, including vomiting and persistent loose stools. We are currently on day six of a restricted bland diet and recovery, which has completely stalled our ability to do any follow-up training at home. I’d strongly recommend more guidance for tiny breeds regarding food intake during class, or perhaps a more controlled treat environment to prevent these types of health setbacks.
