Couldn't recommend Katie highly enough – a Hidden Gem for Our Shy Havanese right on our doorstep! Just had to share our experience taking Graziella to Tails of the Bay. Our Havanese is super reserved and hates noisy salons. Katie was amazing! She actually listened to our requests for Grazi's grooming style and doesn't rush like very busy, assembly-line places. The best bit? When we picked Grazi up, she was CALM! Any dog owner knows how rare that is! The blueberry facial is worth adding too - smells gorgeous and seems to help keep her relaxed. Being in Elizabeth Bay is super convenient with that loading zone right out front. As small business owners ourselves, we love supporting quality local services like Katie's. Madi, from Pets Point who shares the space with Katie is lovely too - together they've created a welcoming spot for all the pups of Potts Point & Elizabeth bay.

Highly recommend the excellent grooming services of Katie and the team at Tails of the Bay! My long-haired dachshund got the full makeover treatment - no more shedding hair, nails clipped, soft and cuddly again, and smells so clean! Thanks Katie - you’re a miracle worker

Tilly Divine, our medium Groodle, visited Katie at 'Tails of the Bay' dog grooming earlier today - and we were thrilled with the results. Tilly hasn’t really enjoyed her grooming experiences previously, and has sometimes been a bit traumatised by the whole experience, but when we collected Tilly today she looked beautiful and was her normal happy self. In addition, on the 500m walk home, at least eight people complimented me on Tilly’s appearance. It’s the best grooming experience that she’s/we’ve had and it would be unfair of me to keep Tails of the Bay a secret, so thank you again Katie and we’re very pleased to have discovered you.

Katie is an amazing groomer - she does an incredible job at grooming our mini dachshund who is incredibly stubborn and wiggly. I would recommend Katie 10 times out of 10, and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Love tails of the bay! Katie is so great with our daisy and her parlour is so clean and new and so nice to know it’s just one dog at a time - makes me know daisy is being well looked after. Highly recommend
