Amazing! Extremely pleased with Ralph and JoJo's Pet Care. Just had my pup groomed and he has been matted for months. We've been trying to groom him ourselves but its been very difficult due to his nervousness around scissors and clippers and recently started snapping at grooming tools. I can't believe they were able to groom him on his first visit, I thought it would be a long slow process getting him more comfortable with grooming. Truly impressed and very grateful 🙏🏼 THANK YOU! 😁

Compassionate & Thoughtful Pet Care at Ralph and Jojo Pet Care Sammie absolutely loves her visits to Molly at Ralph and Jojo Pet Care! She remembers Molly from previous visits and is always excited to be back in her care. Unlike other grooming experiences, Sammie always leaves happy—never rushed, never anxious. One of the things I appreciate most is how Molly takes the time with each pet, ensuring they feel comfortable rather than simply pushing them through the process. There are no stressful cages or long waits, just a calm and reassuring environment where pets can feel at ease. Molly truly understands how sensory input can affect dogs, especially anxious ones, and she adjusts to their pace with patience and care. Molly offers a wide range of services, and during Sammie’s latest visit—a special birthday treat for turning one—she received a full groom, polished nails, and a fun dye job on her ears, tail, and back. Despite being there for a few hours, Sammie wasn’t stressed at all. In fact, after every groom, she comes home and has the biggest nap, which tells me she finds the experience relaxing and fulfilling. For pet parents looking for a thoughtful, individualized, and stress-free grooming experience, I can’t recommend Molly at Ralph and Jojo Pet Care enough!

Amazing experience for our dog here today. The care they put into her was evident as soon as I saw her. The cut was exactly what was asked for and the staff were super accommodating. We will definitely be coming here again.

We brought our cat in for grooming due to matting. When we arrived, a dog had just been on the grooming bench. There were visible clusters of dog hair on the surface when our cat was placed there, and we did not observe the bench being cleaned in between. The trim and de-shedding were completed quickly, and the total charge was $100. Our cat is normally calm and well-handled, but after returning home she appeared visibly stressed and was tearing for some time afterwards. We raised our hygiene concern directly and were told that the surface had been cleaned and met “industry standards.” As our observation at the time differed, we were unable to reach agreement. We would not return and would not recommend this place for cats.

Been super happy with the work Molly does, She was my mini schnauzer puppy’s first experience with a groomer and Daphne loves going there! Photos of her first puppy trim and her 4 1/2 months as her schnauzer groom
