We have been clients of BDW for almost 12 years, If you’re looking for someone to walk your dog, I honestly can’t recommend Justine and her team highly enough. Over the years she’s cared for every stage of my dogs’ lives, elderly dogs, dogs with disabilities, energetic puppies, and most recently a frightened rescue who had spent years in a cage before coming to us. Every single one has been treated with the same patience, kindness and genuine love. She’s also been incredibly flexible with my often chaotic travel schedule, which has been invaluable. Knowing my dogs are in her care means I never have to worry. As I know that they are safe, happy and completely adored. What really sets them apart is that they dont just “walk dogs” they truly build relationships with them, learn their personalities, understand what they need, and genuinely enriches their lives Whether it’s confidence building for an anxious dog, slowing the pace for a senior, or giving a puppy the right balance of play, training and socialisation, every walk and group are thoughtful tailored to the individual dog. My little scruff nuggets always come home the same way: calm, happily exhausted and completely fulfilled. Which to me is a sign of a dog who hasn’t just exercised, it shows that they have had their physical, mental and emotional needs met. As someone who is incredibly particular about who I trust with my animals, I can say without hesitation that they have become an extension of our family. They have loved every one of our dogs as though they were their own, and I honestly believe all of our dogs lives have been richer because they has been part of them. If you want someone who simply turns up and walks your dog, there are plenty of options. However, if you want someone who will genuinely care about your dog’s happiness, wellbeing and quality of life, you won’t find anyone better.
